API, with the help of Richard Carbonnier and several students from Pond Inlet High School, are constructing the first API prototype.  The design is a collaborative effort between API, Richard Carbonnier, and Nejc Trost.  In May, API will test the unit on the land and work with community members from several different hamlets around Nunavut to further refine the design and work towards the future implementation of the unit and it's systems.
